1. Our Services

Madina Pak Insaf Taxi provides private transportation services, including but not limited to:

Airport Transfers
Hotel Transfers
Umrah Taxi Services
Ziyarat Transfers
Intercity Transfers
Custom Transportation Services within Saudi Arabia

All services are subject to vehicle availability and booking confirmation.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted by our team through our official communication channels, such as our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including:

Full Name
Contact Number
Pickup Location
Drop-off Location
Pickup Date and Time
Number of Passengers
Flight Details (if applicable)

Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the quality or availability of the service.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed or quoted are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Additional charges may apply if:

The pickup or drop-off location changes.
Extra stops are requested.
Waiting time exceeds the complimentary waiting period.
The customer requests additional services not included in the original booking.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Arrive at the pickup location on time.
Provide accurate travel information.
Follow local laws and regulations.
Treat the driver and vehicle respectfully.
Avoid carrying prohibited or illegal items.

Any damage caused intentionally by a passenger may result in additional charges.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Customers may cancel or modify their booking free of charge up to 18 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made within 18 hours of pickup are not eligible for a refund.

6. Waiting Time

Airport pickups include a reasonable complimentary waiting period after the scheduled arrival time.

For hotel, residence, or other pickup locations, drivers will wait for a reasonable period. Additional waiting time may result in extra charges.

If the customer cannot be contacted within the waiting period, the booking may be treated as a No-Show.

7. Delays

While we make every effort to provide timely transportation services, we cannot guarantee arrival or travel times due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Traffic congestion
Road closures
Accidents
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Public events or religious gatherings

Madina Pak Insaf Taxi shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

Madina Pak Insaf Taxi shall not be liable for:

Missed flights, trains, or appointments due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Delays caused by incorrect booking information provided by the customer.
Events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure situations.

9. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for checking the vehicle before leaving.

If any personal belongings are found, we will make reasonable efforts to return them; however, we cannot guarantee recovery of lost items.

10. Website Usage

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without prior written permission.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.
